Hi, and welcome to Elevated Business Solutions! I'm Katrine - a project and operations specialist with a background in PMO, project delivery, and operational improvement. I help growing businesses bring structure to their projects, simplify how they work, and create systems that make day-to-day business feel manageable.
My Story
I started my career in the project world within the Transformation Team at Clydesdale Bank, (followed by a brief stint teaching Engish in South Korea - ask me all about it on our call!), before moving into a Project Coordinator role at Hymans Robertson, and most recently working as a PMO Analyst at Aggreko, within their IT department.
Across these roles, I've worked on everything from supporting project delivery to completely building structure where none existed - creating templates, implementing new tools, and designing frameworks to improve how teams work and deliver.
But in each role/ company/ industry, I saw the same outcomes on repeat:
- Projects being rushed
- Processes being skipped
- Teams left to deal with the fallout
Large organisations often prioritise speed over structure - which leads to mistakes, inefficiencies, and ultimately more time and money spent fixing things later.
I knew there was a better way.
So instead of my voice getting lost in the noise, I decided to build a business where I could help people do things properly - without overcomplicating anything and empowering business owners to deliver with confidence.
