Why Should You Work With Me?
Hi, I'm Katrine - a Project & Operations specialist with a background in PMO and project delivery across Financial Services and IT.
I started this business from repeatedly experiencing unnecessarily over-complicated workflows in office environments, which led to things taking longer than necessary to achieve at best, and initiatives being abandoned at worst. My colleagues were taking on responsibilities mindlessly as there were no clear structures as to who was doing what, and when.
Over the years I have witnessed many brilliant business owners being held back by messy systems, unclear processes, and trying to do everything themselves. This is a common situation to find yourself in, but it doesn't have to stay that way!
